Privacy Policy
Shri Coaching and Consulting, LLC ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") runs mounicaveggalam.com (the "Site") and the coaching services offered through it (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. "You" means anyone who visits the Site or uses the Service.
By using the Site or the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address, and your name if you choose to give it.
- Contact form: your name, email address and the message you write.
- Booking a call (Cal.com): your name, email address, the time you pick, and your answers to the booking questions.
- Payments (Stripe): your name, email address and billing details. Card numbers go straight to Stripe. We never see or store them.
- Emails and calls: anything you choose to share with us when you write to us or during a call.
Information collected automatically When you visit the Site, our hosting platform records basic technical information: pages viewed, the site you came from (the "referring URL"), browser and device type, approximate location from your IP address, and the date and time of your visit. We use it in aggregate to see which pages people read. It isn't used to identify you.
Cookies The Site uses a small number of cookies:
- Session and sign-in cookies from Ghost, so newsletter members stay signed in and the Site works properly.
- Third-party cookies set by Cal.com or Stripe when you use their booking or payment pages, under their own policies.
We don't use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the Site, like staying signed in as a member, may stop working.
Children's privacy The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under 13 (under 16 in the EU and UK). We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, email us at privacy@mveggalam.com and we'll delete it.
2. How we use and share information
How we use it
- To send the newsletter you signed up for.
- To reply to your messages and referrals.
- To schedule, prepare for and run coaching calls and sessions.
- To take payment and keep financial records.
- To understand which parts of the Site are useful, using aggregate statistics.
- To tell you about our coaching offers. You can opt out at any time (see section 4).
Who we share it with We don't sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that run the Site and the business, and only so they can do that work for us:

Each of these services processes your information under its own privacy policy and our instructions. Some of them store data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.
We may also disclose information if we believe in good faith that the law requires it, to respond to a valid legal request, to prevent fraud or security problems, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users or the public.
If the Company is ever sold, merged or reorganised, your information may be transferred to the new owner, who must keep using it as this policy describes.
What we discuss in coaching Anything you share during a call or coaching session is kept confidential. We don't publish it, quote it or use it in marketing without your written permission.
3. How we protect information
We use reputable providers and the protections they offer, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the Site. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
- Newsletter details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Contact-form messages and emails: as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than two years after our last contact unless you become a client.
- Client and payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
4. Your rights and choices
- Unsubscribe: every newsletter and promotional email has an unsubscribe link. You can also manage your subscription from the account link at the bottom of the Site. We may still send you emails you need, such as booking confirmations, receipts or notice of changes to this policy.
- Access, correct or delete: email privacy@mveggalam.com to see the information we hold about you, fix it, or have it deleted. We'll reply within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have further rights, such as to object to or restrict how we use your information, to receive a copy of it, or to complain to your local data protection authority. Email us and we'll help.
5. Links to other websites
The Site links to other sites, including Cal.com and Stripe for booking and payment, and to social media. We aren't responsible for how those sites handle your information. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our Site.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we make a significant change, we'll post a notice on the Site or email newsletter members before it takes effect. The date at the bottom shows when it was last updated.
